AURA RESET is a 3-day self-guided ritual designed to fit naturally into your day without feeling overwhelming.
Each day takes approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on your pace.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
Morning ritual (drink preparation): ~15 minutes
Creating your space (optional): ~5 minutes
Creative expression (painting / journaling): 1–2 hours
Guided visualization & meditation: ~10 minutes
You can follow the full structure or adapt it to your own rhythm.
After completing the 3 days, many participants choose to revisit specific practices or integrate them into their daily routine in a more flexible way.

We are Elena Camacho and Lucia Granados, visual artists shaped by different cultures and professional paths, connected by a shared passion for creativity as a tool for transformation.
Based in Marbella, we founded AURA a year ago, where we have helped many people reconnect with their creativity and well-being through in-person experiences. Both of us have also used artistic practice for our own personal growth, and together with many other experiences and therapies, we decided to combine these holistic and artistic practices and bring them to the world through AURA. Now, we want to continue supporting more people with our digital experiences, sharing our artistic and therapeutic approach with anyone who wants to explore personal expression from anywhere.
