This is a co-created experience designed to bring you back to center through intuitive art and sacred sound. We’ll begin with grounding and gentle nervous system regulation before moving into a deep process of emotional expression through painting—no rules, no expectations, just full permission to feel and create. Sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls will support integration, inviting your system to settle, soften, and realign.

This is not about performance or perfection—it’s about release, presence, and truth. You don’t need to be an artist or have any experience. Just come as you are, and let what’s inside move. We recommend wearing something that you don’t mind getting a splash of color on.
